Lawrentians Max Blecher ’23, Zoe Dupuis '22, and Justin Solovey ’22 are competing for the United States at the 21st Maccabiah Games. Blecher is battling in water polo while Dupuis and Solovey are taking on the world in ice hockey. The Games are the world’s largest Jewish athletic competition in the tradition and values of Maccabi, emphasizing the centrality of the State of Israel in the life of the Jewish people. Competition runs through July 26 at sites throughout Israel.
