Greg Foster ’22 Sets Long Jump Record with 24’ Leap

Congratulations to Greg Foster '22, who leaped exactly 24 feet on Dec. 11 at the Lawrenceville Scrimmage Invitational at Lavino Field House. Foster's jump broke a 36-year-old Mercer County indoor long jump record. Foster's jump puts him at ninth in New Jersey history indoors and makes him the 33rd 24-footer in New Jersey history, indoors or out. He is currently ranked second nationally for the long jump. Foster also won the 55-meter hurdles Saturday in 7.95.
